Do you support businesses outside Rijeka?
Yes. We're based in Rijeka and work on-site across Primorje-Gorski Kotar county, and remotely across all of Croatia and internationally. Most day-to-day support is handled remotely with agreed response times; on-site visits are scheduled where hands-on work is needed.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes, and we make the handover boring on purpose: we document what exists, secure access and credentials, and run a transition period so nothing your business depends on is interrupted.
What is server room / environment monitoring?
Sensors and software that continuously watch temperature, humidity, power and access in your server room or technical spaces, and alert us — and you — before a small issue becomes downtime. We design, install and maintain these systems ourselves.
Do we need a monthly contract?
Ongoing support works best as a monthly partnership with agreed response times, but we also handle one-off projects such as infrastructure setup, migrations or a monitoring installation. Many clients start with a single project and expand from there.
