Croatian decisions NN 101/2026 apply from 1 October 2026
Your Croatian website's price list has to be a CSV or XML file — and a new one at every price change. We do that for you.
From 1 October 2026 any business that sells to consumers in Croatia and has a website must publish its price list as a machine-readable file, re-publish it by 08:00 at every change, keep 30 days of old versions online and show the anchor price (sidrena cijena) next to every current price. Price list on autopilot generates and publishes all of it from the prices you already keep.

Fines under Article 20 of the Act on exceptional price-control measures: 1,000 – 20,000 € for a sole trader, 3,000 – 30,000 € for a company. The State Inspectorate supervises. This is an informational summary, not legal advice — check with your accountant or HOK.

Old versions stay online exactly as long as the rule requires. Nothing is deleted early and nothing is for you to remember.

Next to every current price on your price list, the price as of 10 September 2026 — from the same data, no double entry.
New items and promotions
New services get their first-offer date and price recorded; items under a special sales form are flagged the way the decision requires.
Published instantly, confirmed to you
Change a price — the new file is live at once and you get a confirmation. The 08:00 rule stops being your problem.

Frequently asked questions
What is the sidrena cijena (anchor price)?
The regular price that applied to a product or service on 10 September 2026, excluding promotions. From 1 October 2026 it is shown next to the current price. The legal term is dodatna cijena.
Is it a price freeze?
No. Prices can change; the anchor is a reference figure displayed next to the current price.
I only sell to businesses — does it apply to me?
According to HOK guidance the obligations target consumer (B2C) business; companies selling exclusively B2B or B2G are not covered. The decision text does not state that exemption explicitly, so watch for official clarification.
I have no website — do I need to build one?
No. The file-publication obligation applies only to businesses that have a website. The anchor price must still be displayed on premises and in adverts.
My website shows no prices.
HOK's webinar reads "website" as the official site that shows products or services with prices; the decision text and HOK's written guidance refer to anyone with a website, so this point is not officially settled. If your site shows prices, the CSV/XML and anchor-price obligations clearly apply.
Can I publish the price list as a PDF?
No. The decision requires a .csv or .xml file suitable for automated processing. PDF, Word, Excel or an HTML table do not qualify.
How often must I update it?
Services: at every price change, by 08:00 on the day of publication. Products: daily by 08:00. Published files must stay available for 30 days.
How must the file be named?
Outlet type, address, outlet code, sequence number and a date-time stamp, in that order — for example SALON_ULICAPRIMJERA1_001_0001_20261001_0755.csv. Separators and abbreviations are not prescribed.
I introduced a new service after 10 September 2026 — what is its anchor price?
The price on the first day you offered it. Record the date and keep proof — the module does this automatically for every new item.
I was running a promotion on 10 September.
The anchor price is the regular price without the promotion. The lowest price in the previous 30 days is a separate obligation.
What if I price by quotation?
The price list must still let the customer understand how the price is formed: "from … €" with clear criteria, an hourly or per-unit rate with its anchor price, or "price on request" with the criteria stated.
What are the fines?
1,000 – 20,000 € for a sole trader and 3,000 – 30,000 € for a company under Article 20 of the Act on exceptional price-control measures. The State Inspectorate supervises.
