Explore ApartmentsOur Story
Villa Maslina sits on a sun-drenched hillside above the village of Postira, surrounded by century-old olive groves that give the estate its name. Built from local Brač stone — the same white limestone that built Diocletian's Palace — the villa was restored in 2019 into four distinct apartments, each with its own character and view.
We're Ana and Marko, the family behind Maslina. We live on the island year-round and treat every guest like an old friend returning to the coast. Whether it's your first visit to Croatia or your twentieth, we'll make sure it's one you remember.

Our Apartments
Each apartment has a private entrance, full kitchen, and its own piece of the Adriatic view.
Ground Floor · 45 m²
A serene garden-level retreat with direct terrace access to the olive grove. Perfect for couples seeking quiet mornings and long evenings under the stars.
First Floor · 65 m²
Named after the afternoon sea breeze, this apartment opens onto a wide balcony framing the channel between Brač and the mainland. Two bedrooms, room to breathe.
First Floor · 78 m²
Our largest apartment — three bedrooms, a living room that actually feels like a room, and a kitchen big enough for the whole family to crowd into while someone cooks.
Top Floor · 70 m² + Rooftop
The crown of the villa. A two-bedroom penthouse with a private rooftop terrace, outdoor dining, and 180-degree views from Hvar to the Biokovo mountains. Sunsets are non-negotiable.
The Island
The sunniest island in the Adriatic
Brač is the kind of island that doesn't try too hard. White stone villages, pine forests that tumble down to hidden coves, and a pace of life that makes you wonder why you ever set an alarm. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is 20 minutes away, but the secret pebble coves five minutes from the villa are arguably better — and you'll have them to yourself.
Guest Experiences
Ana met us at the ferry with a bottle of local wine and a hand-drawn map of her favourite beaches. The Bura penthouse is stunning — we watched the sunset from the rooftop every single evening. Already re-booked for next summer.

We stayed in Levant with our two kids and it was perfect. Huge kitchen, the pool kept them busy for hours, and Marko showed us a cove five minutes away that we had entirely to ourselves. This is how a family holiday should feel.

Tramontana is the kind of place you don't want to tell anyone about. Quiet, beautiful, and the olive garden in the morning light is something else. The check-in was effortless — everything answered instantly through the chat. Felt like texting a friend.
